Director of Technology & Counsel
Lawyer and legal technologist who leads his firm’s AI adoption and builds practical tools that make attorneys faster.
Request an introAndrew is Director of Technology & Counsel, where he combines an active legal practice with leading his firm’s adoption of AI. He spearheaded the firm-wide rollout of Claude and builds the internal tooling, skills, and templates that help his colleagues work faster and more reliably. He brings a practitioner’s eye to legal engineering, grounded in his background as a patent litigator (2010–2017). Day to day he works hands-on with modern AI development tools (Claude Code, Codex, and an efficient markdown-to-document drafting workflow) and ships real products, most recently Caption (caption.fyi). He is especially focused on the hard part of legal AI: helping teams actually adopt and collaborate on these tools, and getting the reliability, access-control, and security right so they work safely at firm scale.
